My project "We Win" is to help encourage my scholars that although we may not have the same resources as other schools, we still win. They deserve to have the same education that everyone gets with these games and I will be able to create out of the box lessons that will help my scholars to active engage and relate to our OKCPS standards. As for the lighting and green screen equipment, I want my scholars to channel their inner report and create news stories as a way to assess what they are learning in my social studies class. They headphones will be used because they do independent work that reads to them and it can be distracting for other scholars to pay attention or concentrate. The award men will help me celebrate my scholars and their achievements more through what I call "Celebrity Spotlight". George Washington Carver once said "Where there is no vision, There is no hope" I just want to help them in vision their future's so that they can have hope (expect) it will happen. These tools requested will help them enjoy learning and find their spark (passion). Isn't that what education is all about?
