The items listed will help students gain the understanding and skills needed to succeed in the area of math using concrete methods. Elementary students need to learn through the use of concrete items as most third graders are not abstract learners. The manipulatives library, folder games library, and the magnetic base ten will provide the material needed for success as well as enable small groups and collaboration creating more success and confidence.
