Have you ever gotten hooked on a series of books and couldn't wait to read the next one? I want my students to share that excitement and joy of reading the newest book in their favorite series. These new books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more. Students will be able to choose books that interest them, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time. They will read 10-15 minutes at the beginning of class each day, and they will want to continue reading at home each night!
