My students all have there own computer that they take around with them from class to class. However, there are computers that have broke through the years so my students have had to borrow my computer to complete their daily work. I have also have a class that does graphic design and photography editing of photographs they have personally taken. Apple products are more compatible to use with our editing and graphic software. If I have a student that does not have a computer, they have to use mine and that holds up class productivity because I have to wait until they are done before I can proceed with what needs to be taught or done on the assignment.
