I have seen anxiety in many of my students this year and I want to be able to make my classroom a calming environment. I have also seen a lack of fine motor skills because many of them have been staying home since the pandemic. Art is a great way for them to express themselves and it also has a calming effect. The students will be able to do many art projects that will help with strengthen their muscles in their hands and fingers to improve their fine motor skills. My principal approved my project.
