The greenhouse and gardening supplies will be used to foster learning about our plants and food availability. Students will be able to take their plant home to nourish it and hopefully it will produce cucumbers. Many students have not explored gardening or many of the plants we have outdoors. My goal is to inspire students to plant a small garden at home or with friends. Hopefully, they will be motivated to spend more time outdoors. I feel our students spend too much time indoors and we need to encourage them to be outside more.
