We do our best to give our students the opportunity to choose what location works best for them in the classroom. This looks like on the front rug with a clipboard, leaning over the long counter to spread our, or sitting at a table with short stools instead of chairs. The slight change of scenery makes such a change in our students and how they focus on whatever task is before them. Our students are very compassionate and understanding that every person needs different things to help them succeed. The options selected will provide different options for students to focus their physical energy while stretching their minds. The wobble feet and stools will help students stay in rhythmic moving while reading or writing, the surf desk will be comfortable for students who like to be down low without being on the floor, and the podiums will provide a chance to stretch our legs during a lengthy school day.
