Our library has a lot of books to checkout, but with 2500 students in our school, sometimes we don't have enough copies of the high-interest books for multiple students to be reading them at the same time. I like to have my own classroom library where students can check things out from me and not have to solely rely on the library. I am trying to build up my high-interest book selection! New, popular, and engaging books are coming out every day. I would like to provide all of my students with choices in what they are reading.
