This project is the literal and proverbial potter and clay. Students will get to see how they can bring their creativity to life by exploring different art forms, more specifically, ceramics, using the requested potter’s wheels. Educators are frontline workers, too. On a daily basis we see the impact that COVID has had on our youths, especially those in the K-12 settings. Giving students an artistic outlet where they can be hands-on helps them to bring their creativity to life as they become potters who mold clay - in the same way they have to mold and shape their own lives.
