My students have so many questions about the differences in other cultures. They are eager to learn more about how other students do things and why they are doing them. I would love to provide them with literature that teaches about the differences in our cultures. Children are naturally very accepting, so I would love to teach them how to love and accept others who are different from themselves. I also want them to see the value in their own cultures. They may know a little bit about their heritage, but I want them to know more about their cultures as well.
