Your donation is allowing underprivileged students to have books to read in my Spanish classes. The book "La distancia entre nosotros" by Reyna Grande can be used in a variety of ways in a classroom. As a class novel, we could read together (teacher read aloud, choral reading, pair reading, etc.) and discuss the themes of the novel. This book is also great for independent reading as it has vocabulary glossaries, and to support my struggling readers. It would mean a lot to my students and I if we can obtain a class set of this book. I am very grateful to have these texts in my classroom. As you can see it gives me the flexibility to use it in different ways.
