Phonics is a subject we focus on heavily in second grade, especially with their gaps in this area due to the pandemic. The Hands on Phonics Bundle will give us just that...hands on manipulatives to directly enhance the learning of phonics with the different learning styles in my classroom. Knowing phonics is a key component to reading that our students are lacking this year. I am excited about the possibility to give them a better chance of closing the learning gaps with this product. We will use it daily as a group in our guided reading and in our individual, hands on center time. By donating to my project, you will be helping to increase student's academic success by encouraging their love of learning by use of phonics and STEM centers. We cannot wait to be STEM-u-lated in our learning!
