Students will have the opportunity to use an outdoor basketball hoop while at school to promote more health and wellness. The pandemic has increased more anxiety and depression in all people, especially students. Research has always found that going outside to be a part of the sunshine and outdoors is a great way to combat negative feelings and mental health problems with our health. Our school has never had an outside basketball hoop for the students to enjoy. This will provide the opportunity to play outside and get some fresh air.

About my class
