I currently teach United States History in a culturally and economically diverse Middle School where I would like to greatly expand the classroom library for 8th grade students. The materials I have chosen help all student in my diverse classroom to feel comfortable and learn in a relaxed and accepting setting. I have a total mix of students that are regular ed, SPED, ADHD, etc. all in one classroom! Alternative seating for a literacy center is a must in our classroom. These materials will ensure that students with all learning styles can be successful!
