I would like to run small groups of 5 to 8 students who are struggling with anxiety and use the "Grit" workbook as the curriculum to teach and then practice resiliency skills. I plan on doing an Online version for those students who are staying at home due to COVID precautions. With 50 workbooks, I could run approximately 8 groups thorough the year. Teachers will help me target which students need this help and then parents will be contacted for permission. I will check up on these students periodically after the groups to see how they are doing and to continue practicing the skill.
