My students have different abilities. They often struggle with some of the basic tasks we often take for granted. They need assistance to access their general education curriculum. These devices will help with both reading and writing. While they are generally shown to be of lower performance than their peers, they are most often able to learn and retain most of the same information as those peers when it is presented in a way that accesses their preferred learning style. These iPads will help us achieve exactly that. The text reading features will help the auditory learners. The voice typing will help those with physical issues that interfere with typing and those with other problems that interfere with writing.
