This laptop will allow me to have a backup laptop for my students. While we have loaner laptops, the newest ones at our school are a little over five years old. Many of my students bring their own laptops, but we struggle to have one laptop for every four students. Often, one group of four is left using the loaner laptops, which can take over five minutes to log in! The donation in this project will ensure that I can provide a high-speed and reliable backup for their computing class. By having reliable technology, my student's struggles in class will be limited to their understanding, not their hardware. They will appreciate the support in their studies; as do I.
