The requested materials will be used to help students with their thinking, problem solving skills, cooperative learning and so much more! They will participate in cooperative learning activities as well as individual activities that are engaging and with high interest! Students perform much better in all areas when learning is hands on, fun, innovative and “play”! The activities become fun, imaginative and exciting; not boring and tedious! Students will be interacting with each other and using hands on/real materials without being focused on or depending on a screen/computer! In recent years students have become addicted to screens and it is more evident as we are starting to see the effects from the pandemic! It makes my teacher heart smile to see my kiddos become active participants in their own learning!!! The excitement and discussions that take place are priceless! This is true/authentic learning !
