A class set of bench hooks are a supply that can be sent home with quarantined students during isolation, because they are small, light weight and easy to transport back and forth in a supply box. These make it easier for students to safely hand carve stamps and roll out ink for laser-engraved and hand made stamps. The Laser engraver uses digital drawing programs that the majority of students can access on home computers and personal devices, or on equipment that they check out from the school. The students can then email their digital artworks to their teacher and have them printed out using the laser engraver to make stamps for printmaking and pottery. Or they can have their designs engraved directly onto most surfaces as the final composition.
