I have been a Preschool teacher for more then 10 years. I have learned that Social Emotional Education is very important in my classroom. I would love to educate myself more on how Social Emotional Learning and Yoga can help my students and their families. I would like to give the ability to my students on understanding and controlling their emotions in difficulty times. This in turns helps them in the classroom and outside the classroom by solving problems, communicating and building relationships with friends and family. I am always interested in learning more to help my students live happier and healthier lives. Please help me educate myself more on this subject that I feel very passionate about.
