Who doesn't love listening to a great story? With this DonorsChoose project, my students can do just that. Struggling readers can follow along with the story with their own copy of the book while listening to it using a listening center. They can choose books that interest them without having to wait on someone else to read it to them! Using a document camera will help students follow along with assignments, books, and other projects while seeing it on the big screen. Capturing their learning with instant pictures will help them to create a portfolio of memories and add pride to their accomplishments.
