COVID-19 directly impacted my students because all specialty classes were discontinued for almost an entire year. My students, particularly my younger students, missed out on critical keyboarding techniques and computer basics instruction and are currently struggling to get caught up. These Learn to Touch Type keyboards will help my struggling students learn to type without seeing the keys so they can get caught up faster. If the ability to look at the keys is taken away they will be more focused on learning the correct fingering right from lesson 1! They will also be beneficial to those older students who just can't seem to stop looking at their fingers. Being able to touch type ensures my students the confidence they need to be successful with their educational goals for many years to come.
