Magnet letters and tiles will help my students increase their letter learning and blending by being able to physically move them. As we are learning how to blend individual sounds into words, the sound boxes will help my students that are struggling. Being able to manipulate the "chips" that represent each sound help the students recognize that words are made up of individual letter sounds. The easel will help our class be able to take our learning away from just using the whiteboard at the front of the room. It creates a more personal and intimate area for learning to occur.
