The materials I am requesting for my classroom would provide flexible seating for my students with special needs. The lap trays will be used by my students who want to work on the carpet instead of sitting in the plastic chairs. The wobble cushions will be used for students who have trouble sitting in the plastic chairs, but don't have enough balance or control to sit on the wobble stools. The adjustable wobble stools will be used for students who like to rock back and fourth and side to side while working AND have enough balance to stay on it. The circle cushions will be used by students who want to sit on them while using the lap trays, using the clip boards, or simply just to sit on them while reading a book on the carpet or library area. Lastly, the whiteboards, markers, and erasers will be used by students when they are practicing skills, needs scratch paper, etc.
