Over these past two years, we have focused a lot more on our student's social-emotional learning. In order to get our students to learn academically, we must first find ways to motivate them to want to learn new things. Some of these things include games, books, and sensory items that the students can use during work and free time. As a second-year teacher, I have very limited resources that are motivating for my students. We teach our students to not only work hard but play hard too. With your support, my students will be able to achieve both by learning new things while having fun and having opportunities to create relationships with their fellow peers.
