The recycle bins will be used in each classroom to support the students in learning about their impact on their environment. We will be learning about reduce, reuse and recycle skills. This project will help the students have ownership over their classroom and increase self-confidence as they are successful. The students have worked hard to find a way to recycle in our small rural community. We are able to partner up with a local group that recycles, we just need the bins to help. This project will benefit all grades at our school kindergarten through twelfth.
