Students will use tumbling mats to perform strength exercises and tumbling skills safely. Our students enjoy building strength during yoga lessons. They also enjoy traditional body weight exercises to build strength. Most of all they enjoy learning tumbling skills. We will use the gym mats to provide a safe, comfortable area to perform these activities. Our students are adventurous and are willing to try a variety of activities that are presented to them. Gymnastics is a great sport to ensure overall strength and flexibility that will benefit students participating in any sport.
