The items I have chosen will help immensely in teaching about ecosystems and how the flow of energy works. Hands on experience in dissecting the owl pellets demonstrates the food web and kids have a great time doing this activity. the items will also help in demonstrating the movement of our earth and moon and the affects of this phenomenon as we study about space, seasons and moon phases. WWII is also an area of study as we learn about some of the major events and people that had an impact on the world at this time. The items that were requested will absolutely help in learning about WWII. The other books that were requested are books that are missing from a series of books that my students are reading and I am missing only the ones that I am asking for. The chair that has been requested is a chair that students can sit in and read literature that is different and more motivating than just reading at their desks.
