Student stress levels have increased dramatically since COVID-19, which has adversely affected their ability to learn. It is essential for students to have time to relax so their minds can be free to grasp new concepts in the classroom. Reading can be the perfect antidote to stress. It provides a temporary escape from the realities of life, while also helping develop imagination and mental growth. Bean bag chairs will be used to create a cozy reading nook where students can get lost in a good book! My library currently has limited seating options, and these bean bag chairs will go a long way toward creating a warm, welcoming space where students can take time to unwind.
