Covid 19 made learning in Spanish a challenge for my students who are part of an immersion program. Being able to hear adequately makes a HUGE difference when learning a foreign language. My students will use the headphones to record themselves and practice their language skills. In our classroom we have a reading nook that is also a calm down corner to help facilitate social and emotional well being. The beanbag chairs will make it a little more inviting and a place students want to go when they need a minute to practice mindfulness before they return to classroom learning.
