The students I have the privilege to work with don't always have access to the basic school supplies needed for learning. This year students are challenged to learn under circumstances like no other. With these materials, students will be able to work independently on their school computers to practice reading fluency, provide video and audio explanations on Nearpod, and challenge their learning in new ways. Our district is lucky enough to be 1:1 with devices, but often students are limited in what they can do because they don't have headphones. Additionally, when students are sent to quarantine they log in virtually to class. More often than not, students do not have a quiet area at home where they can learn. Having the microphoned headphones will provide learning access to those students despite all the challenges they're facing.
