Students often need things on the spot. Students often times do not have a printer at home. I am often asked to help them print out their assignments or give them an extra worksheet for remediation and extensions. I always try to meet my students needs and as teachers we are sadly asked to purchase all school supplies with our own money. Every single year our teachers run out of toner for their printer. Cartridges are so expensive and we have to purchase it out of pocket. It can be a burden on some teachers to spend $80-$120 dollars on a cartridge. This will give us more help than you can imagine. Our 14 math teachers will get one extra cartridge to get them through the year. Each of our teachers will greatly appreciate this funding and it will help more than you know.
