I would love to use these supplies to help with my social/emotional skills groups. I have ordered curriculum, games, activities and prizes for groups. I teach at least one group for every grade k-6, and it makes it more fun when we can do activities, show examples of skills, practice skills, and earn prizes. Due to COVID-19, our students have been affected socially and emotionally. They have had less opportunities to work together with students, problem solve, and understand different perspectives. There have been heightened emotions, and less chances to practice and teach emotion regulation. Being able to create educational, engaging, and fun ways to teach and practice these skills will really benefit the students at Majestic. If they are able to listen, follow directions, work together, problem solve, have empathy for one another, and regulate their emotions, there will be more focus on learning in class.
