French magazines will help students be able to practice reading strategies, develop literacy, and increase their comprehension. These magazines are level-appropriate and include articles that will be interesting and engaging for students, which will encourage them to read on their own. Additionally, these resources will make for more equitable access to materials for all students. Whether students are home sick or just want to practice on their own, the magazines allow them to have the resources they need to get valuable practice. Having multiple copies of each magazines allows students to read with their friends, which also makes the process more enjoyable.
