All of our students want to learn to exercise at least once in their lives. Our classes can only have 5 or 6 working on speed and agility because of spacing. In class the blaze pods will provide the opportunity for the kids to train in the hallway comfortably, many at a time. This helps them with the basic idea of starting, stopping and changing direction. As they progress, they will be able to do team and independent work to build fitness and to be able to practice socialization. We will be able to take these with us when we travel and use them outside when weather gets better. First and foremost, it will give all students a chance to improve agility while social distancing. This will enhance the overall athleticism in my classes. But, first and foremost this will give all students a chance to improve speed and agility and compete with their classmates. They can control their effort and push each other to new levels. This will enhance the environment not only in the weight-room but on field.
