As a first year teacher, my classroom came with bare bones. I want to give my students the chance to not only learn through my lectures, but also with hands on activities. The display shelf and the manipulatives I have chosen would help my students get excited about using these awesome learning toys. There is so much research behind how toys like these help students develop the foundation for many of their math skills. Toys like Magna Tiles, pipe builders, and magnetic letters would also be a great way for my more active students to find something constructive to do with their hands. Thank you for helping these little brains and little hands grow.
