Physical activity is essential to social emotional wellness. This equipment will allow students to stay active, even if they have to learn remotely or at home. In addition, research has shown that frequent movement and activity breaks help sharpen focus and increase outcomes when working on academic subjects as well. All of this equipment can be adapted for multiple ages and abilities and used by a variety of learners. It is durable and easy to sanitize so it can be transferred among learners with minimal effort from both the parents and myself.
