These books represent a wide array of genres and voices. All of my students will find stories that they can relate to and enjoy. Research indicates that students significantly improve their reading skills when they read a lot of interesting, on-level books, and these title will provide that. Students will read these books in class and at home, and they'll create book talks and recommendations that will help other students want to read them as well, creating an even stronger community of readers with even more choices of books to read.
