I have found that many of my students have sought refuge in stories. In general, people turn to fiction (be it in movies, TV, video games, or books) to escape their own reality and self-soother. In this time of COVID, many of my students have ended that escape. I often recommend books that I thing they would enjoy and get lost in. However, it is impossible to stock my library sufficiently. This project will allow me to fit more students with more books. I would like to represent the diverse interests of my students in my classroom library.
