By donating these thirty copies to my classroom, my students will be able to each have a book to read along with the class opposed to reading it online. The days of holding a book in hand are going by the wayside and I am looking to bring it bring it back into the classroom. Books are a gateway to a child's imagination. This particular book will open up many opportunities for my students to express themselves through written word and speech. My students have already shown a great interest in independent reading and this project will only continue to further that.
