Physical activity and lifting weights has been proven to help with self-esteem, focus, and overall health. My hope is to use this equipment to teach proper mechanics for different strength and fitness exercises to help the students have stronger and healthier bodies. Having enough dumbbells will also decrease the contact tracing of Covid-19. They will be used for a various assortment of exercises ranging from bicep curls to squats or even deadlifts! Through the use of this equipment, I hope to instill a love for physical fitness and training in my students.
