My project is to provide materials used to teach speech and language skills. All of my students have a speech-language impairment. My students working on language skills will learn many vocabulary words and categories using the Wordy Wheels, Vocabulary Folder Games and What Goes Together Activity. They will improve their skills of telling sequences and events with the Story Sequencing Cards. My students learn language telling others how to use toys, giving directions or learning to understand language by following directions of how to put together toys such as in the Lego Education set and the Reflective Disk set. Articulation cards are used to provide many opportunities to practice saying their speech sounds for students with speech sound disorders.
