These alphabet tubs will help students with their articulation goals and will provide hands on practice to produce the correct sounds and be more easily understood. These tubs will also help with phonemic awareness. I have chosen the narratives above to help with a wide range of expressive and receptive language skills. These books will help with comprehension, wh-questions, categories, sequencing, describing, retelling, functions, basic concepts, etc. Due to the pandemic, many students have lacked exposure to regular social interactions. I have chosen books to help students with pragmatic language to help them increase their social skills and to better communicate with teachers and peers. Hands on manipulatives and narratives help to make learning fun. I always want speech therapy to be an enjoyable experience for my students. I would love to show my students that their voice matters and to help them more effectively communicate with others using these resources in speech and language therapy.
