Headphones are a vital part of learning in our classroom. While technology is a big part of our classroom experience the technology can be limited without a good pair of headphones. As we navigate in-person and distance learning we are learning even more than headphones are such a great help in successfully carrying out lessons. There are so many aspects of learning that require headphones. Testing, instruction, small group activities, instructional videos, and learning games are just a sampling of learning activities that require the use of headphones. They can be transported home to use when they are involved with virtual learning and brought back for use in the classroom. The storage organizers will also be beneficial as they will help students have not only more independence in storing and retrieving their headphones but they will also aid in teaching them to be responsible and to take care of them. Multiple children will be able to work in the same space together without distractions and interruptions if my students are provided with a pair of headphones.
