The ukuleles will take my student's musicianship to the next level. Not only will they be able to read music, but they will also be able to play it too. Since the program is so new, students are excited when they walk into music. I have seen students who normally struggle academically or behaviorally in other classes, thrive in Music class. My hope is that they will find a safe place to express themselves and develop confidence. Music is a powerful thing and making music is an essential part of any child's education.

About my class
