These props will be used for Yoga students at our school to have an authentic Yin Yoga experience by bringing stillness and calm to their ever so hectic and chaotic lives. Yin Yoga is a practice that uses mats, blocks, bolsters, belts, blankets to assist the student in finding the edge in their movement and then working through the chatter in their mind, body, and heart to find the stillness, the calm, and the release. At our school, we have mats, belts, blocks but are in need of one of the key elements in Yin Yoga. The bolsters will provide the students with the authentic Yin experience and the power that comes with this ancient tradition.
