My students are dealing with a musical instrument inside their bodies. This will give them some tools to not only see where they create the sound but apply what they are seeing to their own instrument. Seeing this and understanding the muscles, ligaments, and bones involved is crucial to healthy singing. Music notation is something that we use daily within the choir classroom and these tools will aid our lower-income students with the ability to practice writing and composing music, learning music notation, staff, intervals as well as practicing these within the classroom.
