Having a variety of resources to help teach the students in the classroom is key when it comes to social-emotional learning. Hands-on learning is most effective. The coding robot will be a life-changing lesson on working together to accomplish goals. The students will use the materials to gain skills that will help them in their daily lives now and in the future. The fidget toys and stress balls will provide a calming tool to help them regulate their emotions. They are invaluable in keeping students with anxiety calm and learning. The candy and prizes will stock our prize store to reward students for following the school's expectations. Over 700 students will be given an increased motivation to follow the school rules. The proposed materials that I have chosen will help to build upon lessons that will help the students to develop better social-emotional tools such as coping skills, and self-regulation. They will help me provide the students with engaging social and emotional learning lessons in whole classes, small groups and with individual students. The timers and clickers will help train teachers to increase the number of positive interactions with their students.
