I need your support to help create a yoga and mindfulness room for my school and community. I have been a teacher of mindfulness, meditation and yoga at my local school for over seven years. I can't tell you how many students have benefitted from having little to no supplies and one little $20 sound bowl. That being said, I cannot imagine how receiving these items listed will change the lives of my students and my community, especially during these hard years. These bowls, chimes etc. will not only be used daily by students to create a safe space for relaxation and healing, but they will also be open for community use (parents, school faculty and administration). Please help me support my students and my community. They need it now more than ever.
