I can use the iPad as a portal whiteboard that I can project while teaching. It frees me up to be out with students instead of tied to the board upfront. I can have students demonstrate their understanding of a concept on the iPad and then explain it to the class. I can also make tutorial videos with an iPad and pencil especially for math. As I use an iPad and pencil to project my lessons, it allows me to teach while being by my students. I can respond quickly to needs while still navigating my lesson from the iPad. How will it help your students after the impacts of coronavirus? Tutorial videos can help personalize student learning as students can watch and re-watch these videos while I am working with an individual or small groups of students at their level or as students are quarantined at home. While talking, I can write while recording so my quarantined students can see a live lesson from their screens at home.
